The rooms were very clean, and the entire hotel was fresh and well-maintained. I really liked the convenience of the electronic key option. I’ll definitely stay here again!

Rooms are a decent size. We had 2 adults and 2 kids, and all was good. A nice touch is a full sink, regular size refrigerator, and dishes. The service , specifically Vanessa, was extremely helpful throughout our stay. Location is close to multiple attractions within a 30-minute drive.

Large studio with kitchenette. Clean and with style. Comfortable beds, we had a really good sleep. We did not have time to use their pool but it looked good. We had waffles for breakfast. Professional and efficient front desk staff. I would love to stay again.

We are staying at the Home 2 Suites for a couple of days, down here for some sports. The room was clean. We liked the space and simple layout. Nice little kitchen area and if you need, options for a cooktop are available. A couple hits on the room. Of the only three USB outlets, one worked. Thankfully, we brought a charging brick. When we mentioned it at the front desk, she apologized and said she thought those had been fixed, but she didn’t ask for our room number. It's hard to fix something if you don’t know where it is. The thermostat cover doesn't stay in place either. Annoying, but no big deal. We didn't bring this up after the USB outlets, since it didn't seem to make a difference. The bed was comfortable, no lumps. Sheets and pillows looked and felt clean. The pillows weren't quite to my liking and made my neck hurt. No fault of the hotel. I swapped out the one for the couch bed and it was fine. Breakfast was about what we expected, in a good way. The eggs were clearly real. Baked, not that reconstituted powder scrambled into an omelet-like thing. They also had real cheddar and pepper jack, not the ultra-processed American cheese product. That was a pleasant surprise. For the price, we were pleased with this choice. We are simple people. Simple clean room. Simple, free breakfast. This fits the bill.

We stayed at Hole 2 Suites in Colorado Springs for the Fallen Firefighter Memorial with a large group of firefighters and their families, and the experience was exceptional from start to finish. The manager on shift, Sofia, along with staff members Jesus, Italia, and Devina, went above and beyond to make sure we felt welcomed, comfortable, and truly cared for. Martina did an amazing job organizing all of the details pre-arrival. Their warmth, professionalism, and attentiveness made a huge difference during such a meaningful trip. The rooms were spacious, spotless, and very comfortable. The facilities were excellent, and the breakfast was absolutely fantastic—perfect to start our busy days. We are so grateful for the incredible hospitality and will absolutely return in the future. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Colorado Springs—you’ll be well taken care of!

The staff was very nice. The hotel is very new. The sheets were polyester so I got hot quickly. Our shower was dirty, it visibly had not been cleaned with any products including black marks on the outside of it, beginning orangish color molding in the corner and the shower floor had dark discoloration in the crevices that needed a scrubbing out, bathroom floor had the same. It just needed cleaning agent to remove.

We stayed 8 nights. Plenty of space in the king suite for 2 adults and 2 young kids. We liked the curtain sectioning the room off for private sleeping areas. There were plenty of drawers and cabinet space. Breakfast was subpar, but it was consistent. We knew what to expect every morning. There is a full refrigerator in the room and plates, cups, coffee mugs, and silverware. The pool was open and clean (a little cold). The outside area was lacking a little. There was a fire pit big enough for only one family to be there at a time and it was mostly always just filled with people smoking. No other searing outside to enjoy the weather. Front desk was friendly. Hotel was quiet, even with all the littles and dogs that we saw. Coffee was terrible and never warm in the afternoon. We would stay again.

We were treated great. I made reservations at Hilton for two night with walk in shower only to be told that didn't have a room available like that for us. I have to have a walk in shower. I was so upset because this was the third time it happened on a four day trip. The manager to Home 2 Suites was there lucky for us. And he checked and set us up at his Home 2 Suites. We were treated great. Great room, shower I need. Breakfast was delicious. They made the last two days of are stay very wonderful I would highly recommend them. They get 10 stars from me and my husband. Thank you Home 2 Suites.
